After confirming your selection, complete the booking by following the on-screen instructions, including any if required. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notification in the app, and for virtual events, you will also get the access link or instructions to join.
Can I request a seat preference or accessibility support?
Yes, seat preferences can be selected if the event creator has enabled this option for attendees. You can choose your preferred seat during the booking process. Additionally, accessibility support options, such as wheelchair access or other special accommodations, are displayed before you complete your ticket purchase. If you have specific needs that are not listed, you can also contact the event organiser directly through the app to ensure your requirements are met.
How do I reschedule or cancel my booking?
You can request a refund if your cancellation meets the platform’s refund policy. If the event creator cancels the event, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days, though timing may vary depending on factors such as your bank and region. To reschedule or cancel, simply go to your booking in the app and follow the available options. If you face any issues, you can also contact the event organiser or support team for assistance.
