What payment methods are accepted on Cliqmit?

Cliqmit accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and other region-specific payment options. The available methods are displayed during checkout, so you can choose the one that’s most convenient for you.

Why did my payment fail?

Payments can fail for several reasons, such as insufficient funds, incorrect card details, expired cards, or network issues. If your payment fails, double-check your payment details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. You can also contact your bank or the Cliqmit support team for help.

How do I receive payment for my event?

Event creators can choose when to receive their earnings, with options for daily, weekly, or after-event payouts. Payments are securely processed and transferred to your selected account according to the schedule you choose.

How are platform fees handled?

Event creators can choose who pays the platform fee. You can either cover the fee yourself or pass it on to attendees. The selected option will be clearly displayed during ticket setup and checkout.
